Netflix Prize: Forum

As I said, I know this isn't a "General Netflix" forum, it's for the Netflix Prize, *BUT* I can't find any other alternatives.
I've contacted Netflix directly on this issue four different times now.
I've placed a request for a Ps3 instant streaming disc well over three months ago now, it's shipping status has been "Pending" since that day.
Has anyone else had, and/or know what might be causing this issue, and how to correct it?
I currently have two instant streaming sources;
My Computer, and my Xbox. I'm looking to add my Ps3, because I have it hooked up in my "family room" entertainment center, it seemed at the time it would me much easier than lugging my Xbox between rooms.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
