I think there needs to be an added factor that isn't addressed

I wrote a blog with the plan that we can start as a beta immediately, I'm not interested in the programs that are being tweeked but think our concept (though it's raw and still needs work is viable. Check out www.netflixindy.com and see if my logic is flawed.

Note to all concerned: We are not at this time interested in competing with Netflix for membership or using this site as anything other than a beta test for the concept. We all believe that with a more generous offering to the filmmakers and to the social network that Netflix should be, (but isn't). Netflix would be more popular than any other content driven site on the market.especially if the members understood that the filmmaker was profiting, and had the opportunity to contribute to the discussion.

The website above is pointed to a blog with a nice affordable video player on it that we plan to use for TV show type professional content, mixed in with user video reviews.
Basically a social network for movies, like myspace but sharing batman or terminator to your friend's comment box! Just like all the other players out there, but of course you have to be a member.
