BellKor similarity
In Sec. 4.1 of BellKor's paper "Improved neighborhood-based collaborative filtering" there is a formula to campute MSE similarities. What is the right "small" value of alfa? 5? 10? 25? ...?

I think that we used alpha values around 5-10.
